This was a very difficult time for my family with a lot of health and legal problems descending on us at the same time. However, you were so courteous and considerate to our requests and situation that it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Our decision not to sell at this time has been made with mixed feelings. It was not made any easier by you securing for us an offer $100,000 over the asking price. However, as discussed with you, we intend to stay here for another two years at which time we will again be listing our property for sale with Cutcliffe.
